Willingness and helpfulness of staff towards guests. Great and prompt receptionist who immediately fixed a fault in the bathroom drainage channel. Everything was immediately corrected. Very efficient and kind lady. Satisfaction regarding accommodation for our small dog. Only the rain that caught us at the swimming pool.
