Everything was perfect!

Good day, upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful entrance hall and the very kind and accommodating receptionist. We were given room 206, which was spacious and clean, but since it was warm, we opened the window and discovered that we were right next to a very busy road. The noise was so loud that my husband and I couldn’t even talk because we couldn’t hear each other, so we had to close the window. I called the reception to see if they could move us to another room, but everything was fully booked. So, the kind receptionist brought us a fan so that we could sleep with the window closed. Also, the guesthouse was lit from outside in such a way that the spotlight shone directly into our window. Above the bed, there was a detached strip (molding), and what shocked us was that there was no refrigerator in the room. The wellness area was very nice and clean, but in the Finnish sauna, instead of pleasant music, there was horrible noise because there was a whirlpool motor behind the wall. In the relaxation room, there was a sewage smell, so I poured water down the drain to activate the trap seal. Breakfast started at 8:00 AM, and we arrived at 8:30. The dining room was almost full, but our room number was missing from the seating list, so the receptionist seated us somewhere. By the way, the chairs in the dining room looked terrible—I was afraid to even touch them before eating. The upholstery was dirty and completely worn out; it should have been replaced five years ago. As for the food, there were only the last fried eggs, the last grilled sausages, the last ham, and a few pieces of cheese left. There was no more fresh vegetables, fruit, or nut cake. They even ran out of cups. When almost all the guests had left and we were about to leave as well, they started putting out ham, bacon, cheese, and even cheesecake. I don’t know who they were preparing it for since everyone was already full. I didn’t want to write this, but since we travel a lot and want the services in Slovakia to improve, I decided to share my opinion.

Great accommodation, amazing wellness facilities, and top-notch staff 👍 Pros: The 2+1 room was very spacious, clean, and had its own balcony. The bathroom was also large and perfectly tidy. The wellness area is excellently equipped for complete relaxation. Very pleasant staff, especially an exceptionally helpful and kind receptionist. Cons: We didn’t find any negatives; the stay was flawless.
