Pension Poloniny provides accommodation and meals. It is located on Zemplín in the village of Ulič, which is part of the Snina district and the Prešov region. During the summer, hiking and cycling are widespread in this region, as this region is rich in natural and cultural monuments. Among the natural gems are Poloniny National Park, Stužica primeval forest registered as a UNESCO heritage site, Kremenec hill, Riaba skala, Starina water reservoir, gallery of miniature wooden churches. As far as cultural monuments are concerned, wooden churches are the most visited. In the winter, a ski lift operates in the village of Ulič, and the Slovak dog sled championships are also held here every year.

There are 10 double and triple rooms in the accommodation area. Some rooms have an extra bed, private bathroom and TV. There is a restaurant in the pension with pleasant seating by the fireplace. The capacity of the restaurant is 50 seats + 20 seats in the lounge. Possibility to organize various corporate and private events - birthday parties, christenings, weddings, training. There are slot machines and a TIPOS terminal in the building.
