There are double and triple rooms with separate beds, some with the option of an extra bed and a private balcony. Type B rooms have been recently renovated and are equipped with a refrigerator. Two family apartments B with a capacity of 5 people have a double bed and a separate bed in the bedroom. There is a sofa in the living room with a TV, which serves as an extra bed for two people. Both apartments are equipped with a refrigerator and one of the apartments has a balcony with a terrace. All rooms have their own bathroom, which includes a shower and a toilet. The entire object is covered by a WiFi connection. Social spaces provide the possibility of sitting by the fireplace and also include a dining area. The kitchenette for guests is equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, contact grill, egg cooker and coffee maker. Children can look forward to the children's playground with a slide, sandbox and climbing frames, while older guests can sit on the covered terrace by the kettle and fire pit. Parking for 12 vehicles is located right next to the building.

In the nearby town of Banská Štiavnica, visitors are attracted by well-known museums, such as the Slovak Mining Museum - Berggericht, the Banská Museum in Nature and the Bank of Love - House of Sládkovičová Marína. For organizing a family trip, a visit to the Botanical Garden, located less than 10 km from the property, on the grounds of the former building of the Mining and Forestry Academy, is ideal.
