Penzión u Marsa is a cozy guesthouse with two to four-bed rooms and four to five-bed apartments with a total capacity of 54 people. All rooms and apartments are equipped with a TV with cable reception, a private bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and a connection to the WiFi network. All apartments have their own kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room for 50 people. Outside there is a terrace, a children's playground and parking spaces.

Pension u Marsa is situated in the village of Donovaly, in the part of Mistríky, in the district of Banská Bystrica. Only 400 meters from the guesthouse are the lifts and cable car of the ski resort Park Snow Donovaly with several pistes. You can also enjoy the winter season here on cross-country skis or try dog sledding. Many tourists come here in the summer because of the excellent conditions for hiking, while families with children like to visit the Donovalkovo and Habakuky parks. Fun arena with bobsleigh track, trampolines, rope park and cable car to Nová hola will also provide entertainment. On the way to Liptovské Revúc, tourists - rock climbers will find the DVE VEZE via ferrata. Equipment can be rented in the Gothal center in Liptovská Osada, where you can relax after active days.
