Pieniny National Park Červený Kláštor
Pieniny National Park (PIENAP) is the second oldest national park in Slovakia. It is the smallest national park in Slovakia, established in 1967. The park is home to many rare plant species. Endemics include Zawadzký's rabbit, Pieniny dandelion, hoary rockrose, and Siberian mountain sanicle. There are 766 butterfly species, 99 mollusk species, and over 200 vertebrate species. The highest peak, Tri Koruny, is located on the Polish side of PIENAP.
