Lost budzogáň Súľov - Hradná
In the Súľov Mountains near the village of Zbyňov lies a unique rocky formation called Lost Mace, which the locals also refer to as Broken Rock. It measures 12 meters and resembles a mace. According to legend, it is a real mace carved by a wandering giant from a magical tree. While working, he glued his hands to the sap and out of anger, he shoved his club into the ground, which then turned to stone. You can reach this rocky formation via an educational path from Rajecké Teplice or from the villages of Zbyňov and Súľov.Read on
