Middle of the World and the Universe Vrbové
Within the so-called CHRÁP – a protected park area in the village of Vrbové – lies the center of the world and the universe. Few know that this center is located here. The place was designated by a team of Vrbové academics from the multi-organization KRIAK. There is a monument with a rotating figurine at its top. You can reach the monument via a playful educational trail, the only one of its kind in Central Europe. On this path, visitors can learn about the unique "Pikču bear," a hybrid of plant and animal kingdoms. Also featured are the smiling wild hen, whose smile is caused by a deadly predator, the saber-toothed frog that feeds on human flesh, and the one-headed horse.Read on
