These unusual residences probably served as refuges for people from the Turks in the past. According to local tradition, they were used during the Tatar battles in the first half of the 13th century. In these woods, you'll find four rock shelters named after the number of chambers: Two Jednodierky, Dvojdierka, and Osemdierka. The Osemdierka is certainly the most captivating, with its entrance about 20 m above the ground. From the central area, one can access eight rooms, four of which are large and four are small. In this area, you'll also find information boards that provide details about the rock dwellings.
