The above-standard ground floor apartments are located in a fenced area only 250 m from the spa and wellness center. There are 4 apartment houses in the area, the capacity is max. 96 people (64 fixed beds and 32 extra beds). One apartment house consists of 4 separate apartments. The capacity of one apartment is 2x2+2, max. 6 people. Each apartment has two double bedrooms, a living room connected to a kitchenette, a bathroom and a summer terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric stove with electric oven), providing the possibility of preparing your own meals. The living room has a sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning, which will increase your comfort in the summer heat.

There is a children's playground, swings, a sandbox with toys near the apartment house, and during the summer season we will also provide inflatable pools. To increase the comfort of our guests, a free jacuzzi and sauna are available under the gazebo of the apartment house. Sun loungers on the lawn provide space for sunbathing. In the Villa Gracia area you will also find a gazebo used for organizing family and corporate events. There is a large shared grill in the gazebo.
