Translated: We absolutely do not recommend this! Accommodation agreed with the owner on a "fully equipped cottage". Upon arrival, the cottage was occupied; we were moved with 5 small children to a wooden house #3 with the explanation that it’s the same. The layout is completely different, the kitchen is unequipped, internet was not working, the owner constantly blamed the weather and signal (beautiful autumn weather, not a cloud in the sky). Lighting was poor, hanging by threads. Electricity protruding from ceiling protectors. Nails sticking out from the floor and stairs, kids got cut and scratched. The floors upstairs creaked unbelievably, were crooked, and the PVC was peeling off. Radiators stopped heating after 2 days, only crackled. The hot tub was drained and musty. Kitchen equipment had 2 small pots and a pan. The owner only cares "when he can come for the money.." Great location but a wasted opportunity.. we do not recommend due to condition and attitude. Definitely not for families with children.

The cottage lacks basic equipment and nowhere is it stated - there is not even salt, charcoal for grilling is enough for one use only, no lighter, no wine opener, etc. Only 3 wine glasses, about 8 plates for eating... simply too little for the number of people. One of the toilets was leaking badly, and we had to turn off the water, while the sink did not drain. These are relatively minor things - the main problem for us was the owner, with whom communication was absolutely catastrophic, the worst I have ever experienced. He couldn't find the payments we sent him, didn't have the reservation noted, knew absolutely nothing and was chaotic in everything, and also communicated very rudely. We sent him invoicing data about 5 times - always at his request, as he could never find them. On the first day of accommodation, he came to the cottage in the evening (without announcement, but that's okay)... suddenly just arrived on the property and his first words were "What gang, these jackals did I allow here?!" (we had a dog in the cottage, which we communicated by phone and paid 30€ for). He again asked for invoicing data and said he would make and bring invoices the next morning. He didn't bring them the second, third, or fourth day - the last day. Checkout was at 10:00, of course, he didn't come. We called him two or three times that we were waiting for the invoices, he AGAIN asked for invoicing data because he didn't have it... then we waited until about 10:15 when he gave us the invoices with a very unpleasant expression and left. The cottage was fine, also the location, but due to this approach, we definitely won't return. I have never written so extensively, but this was really over the line.
