Translated: An ideal place to stay with children. The log cabin is very sturdily furnished – there are no unnecessary items that children could damage. You probably won’t miss anything in the cabin’s equipment – the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, dishwasher, immersion blender, etc.). We were 9 in the cabin (4 adults and 5 children), yet we still had plenty of space. The cabin is spacious; you won’t feel cramped. There’s a great large sofa that can definitely seat 8 people. On the property is a small playground for children with a slide and a swing. Also, the cabin is located within a large fenced area, so children can’t run off anywhere. Cars do drive here occasionally, but very slowly as the roads are winding. A football/tennis court is just a minute’s walk from the cabin and is available for guests. Children can ride bikes or scooters on the paths within the area – there’s new asphalt. To get to the water, you go through locked gates (the owner will give you the code), so child safety is also ensured there. The beach is about a 3-minute walk away. There are no services in the area, but there are many water sports and entertainment rentals and restaurants nearby. The nearest small grocery store is about a kilometer away in Trnovec. Since you’ll have a car, it's a 7-minute drive to Mikuláš, so you can easily go buy anything. Tatralandia is 3 minutes by car. The owner is a very kind gentleman, living 200 meters from the cabin, so he can be with you within 5 minutes if needed. On behalf of our group, I recommend it – if we want to vacation in Liptov again, we will definitely choose Zrub Dominik.
