The Živa log cabin is located on the border between Štiavnické vrchy and Krupinská plain
on the slopes, 2 km from the center of Krupina. There is a lookout point close to the log cabin
the Vartovka tower, which is a historical symbol of the city, sought after by tourists
for its picturesque views of the surrounding area.

All year round we provide stylish accommodation in a log cabin with a capacity of 12 beds, perfect for families with children, friends, tourists, cyclists, various trainings, educational courses and social or family gatherings.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet, one bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a sitting area, a TV with a dining table connected to the kitchen. A unique fireplace stove completes the warmth and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, grill, Dolce Gusto coffee machine. You can enjoy your coffee on the terrace directly from the living room. A beautiful wooden staircase with a unique railing leads to the first floor. There is a double and triple room with a shared balcony. One family room with a double bed and three single beds with a beautiful French window. In addition to comfortable beds, you will find beautiful views in all bedrooms. Bathroom with toilet. We haven't forgotten the little ones either, they have a small playroom and board games next to the staircase. There is WiFi throughout the building.

Don't forget to pack bacon, bacon and other goodies with you for roasting, grilling, or cooking goulash in our cauldron on the hearth or grill in the gazebo with seating. The exterior also features pet Cameroonian sheep and chickens for your children to feed and pet. There are two terraces, one open and the other covered, also suitable for exercise. There is also a bathtub, a children's playground and a mini volleyball court. The area is fenced and closed. Parking is for four cars and more.

The surrounding nature offers a lot of beauty ready for exploring the surroundings for recreational tourists, cyclists and families with children, mushroom pickers and fishermen. Nearby you can use swimming pools in Krupina, Dudincie, Vyhnia, indoor swimming pools in Dudincie, Banská Štiavnica. Natural swimming at the dams in Krupina, Devičí, Pliešovce, Dobra Niva, Sebechleb on the Štiavnické lakes. Tourists, cyclists, mushroom pickers, fishermen and all those who enjoy spending time in nature will really find their place here. Staying in nature will charge you with new strength and positive energy, you will collect forest fruits and mushrooms, you will come across attractions and monuments of our picturesque region. In winter, there are opportunities for cross-country skiing, for skiers there is the Ski Salamandra resort with an ice rink and ski rental 31 km away. For lovers of historical monuments, the following are easily accessible: the ruins of the Bzovík, Čabraď castles, the Vartovka watchtower, the underground of the town of Krupiny, the manor house in St. Anton, the historic Banská Štiavnica, the cultural monument in Sebechleby, stone dwellings in Lišov. In cooperation with the e-bike rental company "Bajkuj v Honte", we offer you the opportunity to get to know the beauty of the Krupinska Plain, but also the Štiavnické Hills from the seat of an electric bike.
