Our new modern Apartments Na Kubínke are part of the newly built Hillside complex on Kubínská hola in the Ski Park Kubínska Hoľa ski resort. You can use the apartments all year round. There are two types of apartments, two have a separate bedroom and 48 meters of living space (Z43 and Z41) and four have 46 meters and a sleeping area (X44, X24, Y21, Z44). There is a living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a terrace, a washing machine and a bathroom with a toilet. Within the Hillside apartment house there is also a wellness available for a fee (saunas, whirlpool, relaxation room with a beautiful view of the Western Tatras). The apartments have their own parking space directly in front of the apartment house. Not far from about 100 meters there is a playground with swings and climbing frames. The nearest restaurant is only 300 m away. There is also a family-run, modern snack bar and draft beer a short walk from the apartments.

Kubínska hoľa is an ideal place for families with children, as well as tourists and active athletes. Kubínska Hoľa offers space for activities of various kinds in winter, summer and off-season and various adrenaline attractions, such as mountain tricycles, off-road scooters or Tarzania cable cars. An amazing experience is riding a rope on Zipline Kubínska. The resort offers cycling enthusiasts several bike paths, including a bike park. The location of the apartments predetermines them as a starting point for exploring a wide area, such as the Western Tatras (Roháče), Chočské vrchy, Zázrivá and Terchová, Horná Orava (Orava dam, Oravice) and at the same time you have a short distance to Poland. Dolný Kubín itself offers diversification in the form of the Aquarelax water park. If you like rafting or rafting, the Orava River is an ideal place.
