Beautiful Castle Hôrka Krásnohorské Podhradie
The castle is mentioned for the first time in 1322 under the name castrum Karaznahurka. It was started by the Bebek family. Since 1578, it has belonged to the Andrássy family. During their rule, the castle became a splendid residence. In 1866, Dionýz Andrássy opened a museum here. Near the castle is a mausoleum that houses the remains of some members of the Andrássy family. Today, the castle is a national cultural monument.
