The stylish Pension Proxima, located near the center of Humenné, provides accommodation at a level that meets the needs of more demanding guests. Its accommodation capacity for 27 people consists of eleven double rooms, some of which can be added an extra bed. All accommodation units comprise a TV and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The pension has a cafe with a wide range of hot and cold drinks or even the opportunity to try an exotic hookah. Of course there is an internet connection via WiFi throughout the building. The exterior of the pension is complemented by a terrace with seating and a parking lot with ten parking spaces. Within a hundred meters from the building you will find grocery stores and restaurants, and not far from the bus stop and train station.

Pension Proxima is bathed by the river Laborec as part of the winter stadium, thanks to which you will find a multi-purpose sports hall, tennis complex, swimming pool, salt cave and a pair of shopping centers. In Humenné, it is worth visiting the local observatory, the impressive manor house and the Vihorlat Museum with a unique open-air museum of folk architecture. The surroundings are distinguished by castle ruins such as Jasenov, Brekov or Čičva, and you can enjoy the beauty of nature during a walk through the Chlmecká skalka reservation or the ascent to the Vihorlat hill. Vinianske Lake and Zemplínska Šírava are all about recreation, varied water sports and sightseeing cruises.
