Villa STROHM is situated directly by the Moderštolniansky Tajch (Kopanice Pond) in the Hodruša-Hámre part of Kopanice - Dômky. It is located in the middle of the magical Štiavnica Mountains, behind every hill there are old mining galleries, tajches full of fish, the hills are interwoven with the most attractive hiking and cycling trails in Slovakia. The protected landscape area is home to a lot of forest animals, birds, reptiles. The most beautiful royal town in this area is Banská Štiavnica. The town is a UNESCO heritage reserve at a distance of about 20 min. by car or 3 hours on foot through forest trails.

A modern Scandinavian-style recreational villa offers year-round accommodation in 4 separate apartments with a capacity of 13 people, many opportunities for recreation, relaxation, sports in summer and winter. The villa is built as a passive house and is located on a sloping plot of 1500m2. The terrain is reinforced with stone gabions from local quarries. The villa has large windows with glass railings so that nothing prevents the connection with the surrounding nature. From the bedrooms, located to the north-east, there is a direct view of the Kopanický pond and from the living-dining area to the mountain meadow and forests to the south and south-west. It has 7 parking spaces.

When entering the villa, you enter a spacious hallway with a sufficient number of wardrobes, shoe racks and hangers. Behind the door is a technical room with a laundry room. Upstairs you will find a living area with high ceilings and a gallery. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large American refrigerator, a ceramic hob with 6 burners, a hot air/steam oven, a microwave, a wine cooler, a compost shredder and a coffee maker. The kitchen is also equipped with various other appliances, such as a food processor, an immersion blender, a hot air fryer, modern dishes, glasses for various drinks, plenty of cutlery and other equipment. The dining area hides a finished jewel - an oversized dining table made of 200 years old solid oak for 12 people. The living area shines with a bright spacious sofa bed reflected in the large-screen TV with home cinema and satellite. In the middle of the sofa is a massive wooden conference table made of elm, made to measure. The warmth of winter evenings will be made more pleasant by a modern wood-burning fireplace. The room is decorated with beautiful glass hanging chandeliers and illuminated by large terrace windows. From the living room and dining room, you can easily swing to the outdoor terraces through double sliding patio doors. One terrace is located to the south with a view of the southern slope, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and side tables for afternoon coffee. The second terrace is covered with a roof and has a large dining table, outdoor grill and a view of the lake. The garden has modern planting, a sauna, a heated tub with a pearl, a workout playground, a lower platform with an outdoor fireplace, a children's corner with a covered house. The evening atmosphere is complemented by beautiful lighting.

On the 1st floor, there are also two separate and modern bedrooms with large windows with mosquito nets and hotel curtains, with private bathrooms with a toilet and shower. A built-in radio will make your shower more enjoyable, an electric radiator will dry your towels, and a window with a view of the greenery will brighten the bathroom. Everything is underlined by modern accessories. From the bedrooms you can go out onto the front balcony, sit on an armchair with a book, or gaze at the surrounding nature or lake. The rooms have plenty of storage space, hanging cupboards, drawers for small items, a dressing table with an atypical mirror, a comfortable bonprix double bed measuring 180x200cm and their own large TV. The atmosphere is complemented by romantic lighting or reading lamps.

To the 2nd floor, you will walk past a living tree on a spiral staircase with a glass railing and a long hanging chandelier. Moss paintings on the walls connect the interior with the outside nature. On the next floor there are two more separate bedrooms. One with a double bed measuring 180x200cm and a bunk bed for two with beds measuring 200x90 cm. The second bedroom consists of two separate rooms. One with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and the other with a large bunk bed for 3-4 people with beds measuring 190x200 and 150x200. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom, a French balcony, plenty of storage space, its own TV, radio and dressing tables. On the 2nd floor there is also a gallery with glass railings, with a view over the living area and through high windows to the meadow and forest. It serves as a corner for playing, reading, relaxing. The entire interior is equipped with custom-made furniture by local craftsmen, created with love and attention to detail that will please every eye. The villa has underfloor heating for heating water using a heat pump. Air exchange and ventilation are provided by recuperation. Water is supplied from a 35m deep well and regular water analysis guarantees its quality. There is password-protected wifi throughout the building and security is guarded by an external camera system. The entrance to the house has electronic password access, so the administrator's presence is not required at check-in.
