Binary clock in Dolny Kubin Dolný Kubín

In Freedom Square in Dolný Kubín, there is an unusual attraction - binary clocks that display the time in binary code. This is the patent of Ing. Pavol Novák, who is a native of Dolný Kubín. Currently, there is a second version of the binary clock with electronic panels, which display the numbers 0 and 1. Originally, there were lights instead of numbers, where an off lamp represented 0 and a lit lamp represented 1. Since the clocks were often vandalized by local troublemakers, in time, they showed only zeros. In Freedom Square in Dolný Kubín, there is an unusual attraction - binary clocks that display the time in binary code.
