The late Renaissance chateau surrounded by a park is located in the village of Vinné, situated by the Zemplínska Šírava water reservoir. The chateau was constructed in the 17th century by the owners of the Vinianske Castle, the Sztáray family, and it had several owners thereafter. Before World War II, influential people resided in the chateau. During this war, in 1944, the village was burned down by the Nazis, but fortunately, the chateau did not burn down, allowing people from the surrounding destroyed houses to move in. After the war, the entire interior of the chateau was dismantled.
