Here, there are "freshwater" limestones, or travertines, which we owe to the mineral wealth of water, its temperature, surface, and landscape structure. In the village, a "travertine field" was created. From the cascades of the natural monument Beseňovské travertines, mineral water containing calcium carbonate, magnesium, sulfur, and iron continuously flows, making the travertines beautifully colorful and undoubtedly one of the most interesting.
