História bohunického kaštieľa siaha do 17. storočia, kedy patril rodu Medňanských. Neskôr patril Žigmundovi Riznerovi, bratovi slovenskej spisovateľský Ľudmily Riznerovej - Podjavorinskej, ktorá tu napísala niektoré zo svojich známych diel. Dnes sa v kaštieli nachádza Múzeum regiónu Bielych Karpát. Nachádza sa tu etnografická expozícia, expozícia venovaná Ľudmile Podjavorinskej a výstava skla zo sklární v Lednických Rovniach.
