In Freedom Square in Dolný Kubín, there is an unusual attraction - binary clocks that display the time in binary code. This is the patent of Ing. Pavol Novák, who is a native of Dolný Kubín. Currently, there is a second version of the binary clock with electronic panels, which display the numbers 0 and 1.
